About Angus & Mack
Angus and Mack are a small furniture making company based on the outskirts of Edinburgh specialising in bespoke carpentry and the supply of quality Scottish hardwoods.
We are innovative problem solvers with a sound working knowledge of construction and work closely with architects, designers, builders as well as private clients, offering a design and manufacture service. Our work is characterised by close attention to detail and efficient use of carefully selected materials.
Our timber store brings together wood from across Scotland housing a large stock of kiln dried hardwoods. We are always on hand to offer advice and help.
Julian Angus
Has a background in Rural Resource Management. After a few years organic farming he embarked on a career as a furniture maker. He has a keen interest in environmental issues and a love for simple Scandinavian design.
Malcolm Mack
Malcolm has a Masters degree in furniture design from Edinburgh College of Art. His experience ranges from green oak timber framing to metal fabrication. He has had work exhibited throughout the UK.
